Would it work better to leave the colour on roots for 10-15 mins? or will the rest of the solution become inactivated by the time I get the rest of the hair done? Please advise, thankyou. However, after trying it twice (I bought two while it was on offer unfortunately) I have to say it has the worst grey coverage of all products I have tried. In fact, the second time it didn't take on my roots at all and I had to re-color within a few days. I have fine, dry, naturally blonde hair, so am very disappointed. The golden blonde I chose was very intense and looked brassy. Not worth the money. Back to the drawing-board please Clairol. It didn't last as long as I hoped - within maybe 2 weeks the color was fading (to show my tinted red hair), so I used my regular haircolor to cover it up.
