I love, love that you showcase survivors to give others hope! My mother is a 20 year breast cancer survivor!! Early detection and self checks are key!!!!

she is 42? i thought she was in her 20s when i looked at the photo. courageous lady! my grandma and grandpa died from cancer- what a horrible disease, it affects old and young, men and women…. i hope someone finds a cure for it soon

Remember me? Scottish AFS student in New Ulm in 1982 with Marisa and the gang. It’s not fun to have my first contact with you in 26 years this way, but thanks for your frankness and positive and inspiring words. I’ll pass them on. Look after yourself and your family.
