I have to tell you, my most favorite thing about writing a beauty blog is when an indie brand approaches me to try out their products. Without having the bias of knowing what the rest of the beauty addicts out there think, it’s like discovering bath and body products for the first time. I had the fabulous pleasure of going to a Holiday event at Origins’ Soho store while in New York a few weeks ago. Where I live, you cannot find an Origins store, so it was an amazing experience to be in such a relaxing and incredible smelling place. I absolutely adore great smelling hair. It is that underlying secret to feeling confident and sexy; when my hair looks great and smells great I tend to walk a little bit taller.
