Shannon Smyth: Shannon launched A Girl's Gotta Spa! ®  in 2005 to give women (mainly moms) straightforward reviews when they are short on time or simply hiding in the bathroom for some sanity. Shannon loves bath and body products and a good hair cut (especially if it can make her look younger.)

In addition to her beauty blog, she's been featured on WBRE TV's PA Live as their social media expert, a guest speaker for ICMAD, the HBA Expo and Cosmoprof North America on social media for business. She has been quoted in publications such as Glamour, New Beauty, Woman's World, NailPro, Trendi, GCI and On Makeup Magazine, American Spa, Beauty Store Business Magazine; among other press. By day she is a social media consultant and loves to work with female-owned brands.
