We’ve partnered with Navidium for package protection at a low cost. Package protection is always optional, but recommended.

Q: Which days do you ship?
A: We ship Monday through Friday.

Q. What is the shipping time?
A. USPS Ground Advantage - 4-8 days depending on how close/far you are to Northeast PA.
    USPS Priority Mail - 2-3 days (if you chose Expedited)   

Q: How is my credit card going to be charged?
A: Your card/account is fully charged upon completing a purchase. Unless you use Shop Pay or Klarna, and you are charged according to their terms regarding installments.

Q: When are you not shipping?
A: We do not ship on U.S. holidays or the weekend.

Q: Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
A: Yes

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Please contact customer service to discuss all options. We try to process all orders quickly, if your order is already in the shipping process, we cannot cancel your order.

Q: What are your customer service hours?
A: Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm EST. All emails or calls into customer service after hours, on the weekend or a holiday, will be returned on the next business day.

A Girl's Gotta Spa!® LLC ships to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico using USPS Priority Mail.

Please allow up to 2 full business days for your order to be processed, picked, packed and shipped.

Orders received on Friday after 3pm Eastern time, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday and shipped within two business days.

If an item is out of stock/backordered, we will do our best to make sure the product page indicates this. Should it occur once you've placed your order, we will contact you via email to let you know approximately when the item will be available or to suggest an alternative. Although we try to have the item in stock at all times, it is not always possible.

Orders placed through A Girl's Gotta Spa! LLC website to an international address will be cancelled and charged a $25 refund fee. International orders can only be fulfilled through MyUS.com 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

A Girl's Gotta Spa!® LLC has partnered with MyUS.com to offer convenient International Shipping. MyUS.com membership can offer you deeply discounted international shipping rates for shipping to more than 225 countries. They can provide you with a US street address, receive packages on your behalf, and then ship your order overseas. MyUS.com also helps prepare customs paperwork for your shipments.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Sign up with MyUS.com, choose your subscription, create your account and receive your own US address.
2. Use your new US address provided by MyUS.com when placing your order with us.
3. Once we ship your order, MyUS.com will manage the mail forwarding process to you.

Please note that some items cannot be shipped to international addresses and are not eligible for MyUS.com's services. Please see their "Tips" page for these restrictions. Additional restrictions may apply to your destination; the MyUS.com website has a complete list of prohibited items for different countries.

The unauthorized reselling or distribution of A Girl's Gotta Spa! LLC's products is prohibited. Orders placed with the intention of exchanging money for product, are against A Girl's Gotta Spa! LLC's company policy. We have alerts in our system setup to identify such orders. A Girl's Gotta Spa! LLC reserves the right to cancel any order, without prior notification to the customer. Obtaining a MyUS membership does not bypass this company policy. If you would like clarification on whether your order is considered “reselling”, please feel free to contact us (see contact information below).

If you choose to use MyUS.com to forward your order outside of the continental United States, Alaska, or Hawaii, then we consider their U.S. address to be the destination for your order. Our responsibility for loss or damage to your order ends once it reaches the MyUS.com warehouse safely. We recommend reviewing their insurance options for international shipments before you place your order.
